I have been having issues with serious anxiety for some time now, and going to my therapist wasnt doing very much. I saw this online EMDR treatment (it involved a lot of lights, and does something with eye movement and some things i dont fully understand) at webemdr.com and frankly, it thought it was complete BS, it looked like a scam. However, i tried the online EMDR treatment there, anyway, because i was desperate for a solution and it actually worked pretty well! my stress level is definately lower, and im feeling less anxiety than ever before. seriously, it looks like a fake, but the thing really works. its at webemdr.com.
