I just quit literally by wanting to. Something clicked and that's it. Been almost 1 year and never had a pang or craving. Think you really want to quit inside before anything can help.

To those people who are in dire need to quit smoking, just think of the health problems you will get from smoking. Also, you need to discipline yourself and be determined that you will quit.
