I am also agree with your post, hospital should not give the drug as a medicines to any patients. Drug is not medicine, it is last solution in hospitals. It allow only to that patient, who is going to die and suffer.

We Have to strictly oppose the use of drug as a medicine.

There are two types of drugs, first there are the legal drugs that help you medically when illness occurs eg paracetamol or aspirin and then there are illegal drugs like ecstasy or cocaine. The latter are harmful to you so stay away.
