Stress has been linked to mental/emotional (depression, anxiety, and anger) and physical illnesses (weakens the immune system).

Therefore, it is more than important that you constantly work on reducing your stress level in order to maintain your overall health.

Here are 6 six stress releasing tips...

1) Exercise

2) Yoga

3) Stretch

4) Massage

5) Laugh

6) Take a break

I think yoga is a FORM of exercise; while stretch is a PART of exercise. I do agree that exercise, massage, and even laughing can help us relieve stress.

I think yoga really helps.. I know some person using yoga to relieve stress and it really works for them..

For direct tension respite, trial our directed imagery for relaxation. Start by traveling through our calm cloud imagery conceived to assist you ease stress. Click the Tranquility Window to the left, and glimpse if the flight assists you know-how a couple of instants of calm and fast tension relief. Just sit back, aim on the imagery, respire in and out gradually through your nose, and be eager to let proceed of your stress.
