Default How can i avoid the lower back pain while running?

I feel a severe lower back pain while running. How can i avoid it?

I think while running your posture might be in a position which your back cannot take...i mean while running you must be putting extra pressure in your spine muscles...i would suggest get a X-Ray done and consult a doctor....

I think that any one can really avoid lower back pain while running, While running observe the way you run, make sure your back is not hunched over, keep your back and head in a straight line. This can definitely help.

Your lower back pain is a result of your bad posture, when you run make sure your back is straight and not hunched forward, this will stop the pain.
