You can prevent knee pain by keeping you knees soft while walking also wear knee caps if the pain is severe. You can give hot and cold compression to the knee to reduce the pain after walking.

If you have severe lower back pain you could not think of how debilitating it can be. It can make it almost impossible to do anything, and you can only think about how much it hurts. In the old days, they used to put a person on bed rest for a few weeks, or suggest operating on the back. But you can add good food to your diet and also do regular massage with warm sesame oil.
