First of all don't get panic friend, you can get good help from the internet if you search properly. I suggest you to do power yoga, you will get very good results in less time. Don't think more and always think positive attitude.You must do regular exercise.Yoga is best tools for stay healthy and happy.

Hello friends

Guess what, even before this economic melt down; there have always been some sort of miss giving upon mankind. Natural disasters, epidemics, economic catastrophes etc... I firmly believe that if we did not watch the news, the recession would not be as hard hitting as it is. Its negative, makes you want to crawl up into a ball and just hope the boogey man does not get to you or me. We as people living on this Planet Earth are always faced with a challenges, even before all this crap hit the fan. Do not despair advice is on the way.
Here is some useful advice that works for me:
o I do not watch the news or read the newspaper. Think about it, one more person feeling down and helpless is going to make this world a better place. I do not think so! So do not add fuel to the fire. Watch what happens after two weeks of not watching or reading that mind junk food. You will feel better, trust me

Stay healthy and happy you always do that work that you like,meet your friends,spend time with family and children they you be always a happy,and healthy take a healthy food,vegetables,fruit this you take a regularly you always stay a healthy,and do some exercise is really good for a body and also we are be a fresh dailly.

Yoga can help you to become fit and also help you in getting out of depression.Since I was so depressed and I have tried yoga for last one month and feeling well.

Stay healthy and happy try to do some exercises, one is breathing. First sit in a comfortable position with your back upright. Take right way breath, Repeat it 10 to 15 times and involve in your daily schedule.

Hey mate, I understand the feeling, its horrible. But your mindset is all wrong, you have to approach it longterm, its not a short-term thing you have to commit to staying fit all your life, you'll know when you have had enough and become depressed, and that's the pivotal point where you take action.
