hey,

stress can ruin ones life life in more than one ways and I am one big example of that. but all said and done what has helped me most is yoga. I have been practicing this for some time now and and have been considerably benefited from that.

came across an article on

http://timeswellness.com/index.aspx?...3072654cbfa9fa

the excerpts of the article are :

Steps to perform Synchronized Breathing

* Sit in a comfortable position with your back upright.
* Inhale rapidly through your nose as you tilt your head back while simultaneously inflating your abdomen.
* Immediately exhale quickly through your mouth as you bow your head down while compressing your abdomen.
* Repeat 10 to 15 times.
* Then relax with your head vertical and concentrate on the top of your head, the mid-brow area and the centre of your chest simultaneously while breathing slowly for 30 seconds.
* Repeat the entire process three times.

The spiritual ‘power centre’ at the top of your head regulates the pineal gland and melatonin, the hormone that regulates sleep cycles.

When to practice this method

* You can practice this daily before going to bed
* Before returning home from work so you don’t bring stress to your family
* Before important meetings
* Whenever you feel stressed

hope you benefit from this

Depression is an old age problem that seems to grip all kinds of people. Usually, depression involves sadness, withdrawal, disinterest, constant crying and to some extent, even suicide. The people who are depressed usually lock themselves in their room, cry buckets of tears and lose interest in the activities that they normally enjoy doing. Aside from these, the symptoms of depression are chronic tiredness, insomnia, excessive sleeping, low or no appetite low energy, feeling of inadequacy or worthlessness, anxiety, regrets, decreased productivity, poor productivity or recurrent thoughts of death or suicide. Most people usually get over this after a while but for some, depression comes back again later to haunt them.

Default Be Positive in life

There are many ways you can overcome depression that work very well. The most important thing to remember is that you can control your thoughts and feelings. You can learn to change habitual thoughts and feelings that bring on the moods of depression.

One of the best ways to combat depression is to stay active. Find activities that you enjoy and seek out new interest. People are usually depressed when they have nothing to do. Get active in your community, join a bowling league, take a class at your local community college, volunteer your time to an organization, or take up a new hobby such as stamp collecting or crocheting. Busy yourself with things you enjoy doing.

Default 6 Days 6 Meathods to remove depression...

1. Know what you like.

2. Eat a banana. Did you know that foods rich in potassium, such as bananas, encourage feelings of wellbeing and cheerfulness?

3. Don't let your bum and thighs get you gown-invest in some body-changing underwear. Even Gwyneth Paltrow felt the need for some post-pregnancy body confidence and swore by her Spanx Power panties.

4. If you have a nagging voice in your head constantly putting you down, give in to it. Sit quietly for as long as it takes to listen to all that self-criticism until you're so bored you switch off.

5. Use flower power. A few drops of a flower remedy in water can help balance negative emotions. Try Larch if you are feeling inferior, Gorse if you are feeling hopeless, Crap-apple if you have a poor self-image or Cerato if you doubt your own ability to judge situations.

6. Write down what you dislike about yourself, then burn the piece of paper and watch it disappear. It's a symbolic gesture, but very effective.
