Hi
Don’t be so deprived it is really a familiar issue today. Many people are facing this problem like yours. But every problem has some solution also. Few days ago one of my friend met me and she was also facing the same problem in past but now she seems to be very happy and confident. She came across Healthy low fat meal plans which really helped her. I think you should try this. Hope it will help you too.

i got nice information......When we talk of essential fatty acids, we mean only some of the acids contained in fats. There are a number of such acids found in foods containing oil, but linoleic acid is the most important. Others, such as oleic or arachadonic acids, are able to perform isolated functions in the body but linoleic acid can be converted to these other fatty acids. Therefore, linoleic acid alone is able to do the job of every other fatty acid if enough linoleic acid is available.

Fats are important in our body. Our body needs protein, carbohydrates and fats for proper functionment. There are 3 types of fats ie saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated. Saturated fats can be in the form of animal fats such as beef, poultry, lard, milk, cheese, butter but in other forms as well like coconut oil, palm oil, chocolate, macadamia nuts, pistachios and they are not good for health as they are the primary cause for cardiovascular diseases.

On the other hand, monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats are healthy fats and they come primarily from plants. One of the major benefits of these type of fats is that they can reduce blood cholesterol levels(main reason for heart attacks) and increase the good kind of cholesterol.
