Useful tips! If you don't have much time to exercise, you should make an effort to be active in various ways all over the day. In your daily routine you can walk through stairs instead of using the elevator. Take a walk after lunch. Walk to the local grocery store; skip drive.

I find that posting a picture on my mirror or desktop wallpaper of what I want to look like helps me when I feel lazy or de-motivated.
