Default Top 10 Barriers To Fitness

1) Don't Have Time To Exercise:
• Take ten minutes walk throughout the day
• Get up early
• Reorganize your weekend rituals
2) Exercise Is Boring:
• Think of it as an activity
• Bring modifications in the routine
• Invite over friends, relatives, neighbours or co-workers
• Join classes at recreation center or health club
3) Self-Conscious While Exercising:
• Look up on yourself
• Praise yourself for improving your stamina
• If still conscious, try exercising solo at first
• If possible, consider investing in stationary bicycle or treadmill
4) Tired To Exercise After Working All Day:
• Try exercising in the morning
• Make use of lunch time
• Be prepared before hand
5) Too Lazy To Exercise:
• Develop your will power
• Plan your exercise routine according to your time of interest
• Schedule your exercise as you would schedule an important meeting
6) Worried about not being athletic:
• Natural ability is not a prerequisite to physical activity
• Try to enjoy whatever you are doing
• Simply focus on the positive effects of exercising
7) Worried about being hurt while exercising:
• Go slow and try starting with simple exercises
• Consider exercising under specialist guidance
• Join some class exclusively for beginners
8) Conscious because of past failures:
• Give yourself time to adjust with the routine
• Do not have unrealistic expectations
• Pace yourself
9) Unable to afford fancy equipment or join health club:
• Try learning with exercise videos
• Do workouts at home
• Try your community center
• Find out affordable alternatives
10) Lack peer support:
• Try to convince them
• Point out the positive effects
• Make exercising adventurous

some of these are true, but some can be overcome due to self motivation!

Most of tips are true. We should have a plan. If we do everything for a plan we could easily overcome any issue.
One vital thing everyone should remember is "It is never late to do anything. So start it today".

You have said all valid points. many find it more difficult to do continuous exercises. After going through all these, they must be self motivated to do it continuously without distruption.
