Hair is a serious matter whether we have it, or we are losing it. Western society puts a lot of emphasis on being bodily thin, but when it comes to our hair, thin is not the word we want to hear! If you are eating to many red meats, or fatty foods, stop it! Start adding more fiber, fruits and veggies' to your diet. Also, drink water, lots of water. A beautiful inside can only promote our beautiful outside assets. There are also professionals who believe that treatments to clean the body orally will promote a healthy and balanced system. These may include a licensed professional to perform an enema or colonic irrigation. Both of which sound very invasive, but if the right professional does the job there is nothing better than feeling good inside and out.

Well, it's pretty self explanatory. Maybe we should discuss something more specific here.

Falling of 50-100 hairs a day is normal hair loss, as hair should fall to replace it with new one. But if you feel hair thinning and slightly balding areas it means you are suffering from hair loss.

In order to treat hair loss, you may read this article:

Hope it helps.

Normally, we lose about 50 hairs each day, shampooing, brushing or meditating silently. Abnormal hair loss can result from common problems involving both hormone levels and mineral uptake; from metabolic disorders or problems in the scalp and hair shafts, as well as from psychological imbalances. Fortunately, women rarely suffer the equivalent of male-pattern baldness, and even then, it's usually mild and later in life.

In men, male-pattern baldness can begin as early as the mid-teens. Heredity, androgen hormones and aging are the known culprits, although it's not yet known precisely how androgenic hormones affect hair follicles in producing hair loss. Nevertheless, the majority of males will be partly or fully bald by age 60.

Default Hair Loss Treatment:

When the amount of hair lost grows higher than the normal hair fall that takes place due to the change in environment, increasing age or growth of new hairs, it is refferred to as hair loss problem that needs special care. Imporper or poor diet, exposure to a lot of chemicals or cosmetics, hormonal imbalance, stress, anxiety and mental tension are some causes of hair loss.

Massage the scaqlp gently with coconut or almond oil daily for 10 to 15 minutes. Boil neem leaves in water. Cool, strain and rinse hair with it. Increase green leafy vegetables, salads, milk, fruits and sprouts in the diet. Take more proteins, milk, buttermilk, yeast, wheat germ, soya beans, whole grains and nuts.
