Default I知 having some health issues. Need advice and suggestions

I just went to the doctor last week, and my prostate is enlarged. My doctor says it’s not a big problem yet, but he thinks that’s why my sex drive has slowed down lately. I’ve been having trouble with the amount of time I can perform, and I don’t want it to affect my marriage. I don’t want to take a prescription because my doctor says it’s not necessary (and I don’t want to spend a ton of money). But, I want to find some things I can do to help myself treat this problem. Are there specific foods I should be eating? Or exercise regimens that are supposed to help? I’ve found some ideas online and products that are relatively inexpensive that say they’re supposed to help, but I want to hear some suggestions before starting anything. I’m looking for an Enlarged Prostate Treatment that’s meant as more as Preventative Maintenance than anything else.

I would say around 38-40, men start to tire. A couple married over 10 years should have sex once or twice a week, but I bet it's more like once a month.I think it slows down gradually instead of an immediate stop. Physically, there are numerous parts of the body that are affected by a decrease in androgen. Bone density is a big factor. Over 10% of men have osteoporosis, resulting from a lack in bone density. This increases the chance of hip, wrist, and spine fractures, as just a few examples of areas of your body that are affected.Sexual function is also affected, resulting in difficulty maintaining erection, and weak erections.

hey,

came across an article on timeswellness.com regarding the substitutes of Viagra on

http://timeswellness.com/index.aspx?...824232928a3a46

the excerpts of the article are :

I know, from the many letters I receive on the subject, that living with erectile dysfunction is difficult for men and their partners. It can make sex impossible - or just awkward and embarrassing.

Powerful drugs such as Viagra have been an enormous help for many of the UK's estimated 2.3 million men with erectile dysfunction but, because the effects only last four to six hours, users often complain it takes the spontaneity out of sex.

However a less well-known, but I think more useful, drug called Cialis has helped ease this problem as it has the power to last for up to 36 hours. As a result, sex can be more relaxed and doesn't have to be pre-planned.

A fresh approach...

Although Cialis is not brand new - I first wrote about it more than five years ago - it has only just been licensed as a once-a-day tablet. Men can now take the pill as part of their morning routine and then forget about it, just like a woman taking her contraceptive pill.

I think this is a huge step forward, as research shows not having to pop a pill in a premeditated way makes men feel sexually normal again, rather than like a furtive teenager. The same research found that three-quarters of men with erection problems hated having to schedule sex, and nearly 80 per cent thought sex after taking shorter-lasting impotence treatments was less exciting.

Another factor that impresses me about Cialis is that it could help beat erectile dysfunction in more than half of men who have nerve damage caused by diabetes - a common trigger for erection problems - according to one study.

In my mind, these two facts give Cialis a distinct advantage over Viagra, or indeed Levitra (a similar drug which lasts for around five hours), and put it in a class of its own.

hope it helps
