Default alzheimers disease

hi,
i think everyone would come across this term alzheimers disease that affects the brain.. only people above 60yrs are affected by this disease. do you how it happens.its the most common form of dementia, a general term for memory loss and other intellectual abilities serious enough to interfere with daily life. Alzheimer’s disease accounts for 50 to 70 percent of dementia cases. Other types of dementia include vascular dementia, mixed dementia, dementia with Lewy bodies and frontotemporal dementia.
the brain will start losing its function due to the amyloid beta plaque formation in brain.
