Hi friends,

I will like to share a personal experience of mine, For me getting rid of pimples was very difficult. Who will know more than me, about this grim truth. But fortunately about 3 weeks back when I was surfing through the net, I came across some tips: http://chennai.88db.com/maa/Discussi...ty/?DiscID=101
wherein some very easy tips were mentioned I just followed them for atleast 2 weeks and you won't believe it just worked wonders for me, Almost 60% of my pimples are gone, without even spending anything.

One very important advice: TO AVOID SCARS, NEVER PRICK PIMPLES!!!!!

Try it out friends!!!!

Default Here are some tips from Baker for people of any age who want to keep their skin clear

* Don’t pick, pop or squeeze, or otherwise mess with your skin. Squeezing blemishes or whiteheads can lead to infection or scarring. It almost always makes the acne you have worse.
* Wash your pillowcase often and always use clean face towels. Dirty towels and pillowcases can harbor bacteria and germs that can make acne worse.
* Be sure to pull your hair away from your skin when you sleep.
* Try to shower as soon as possible after your workout since sweat combined with skin oils can trap dirt and bacteria in your pores.
* Don’t go to bed with makeup on. It can clog your pores and lead to breakouts.
* Make sure to clean cosmetic brushes regularly in soapy water and throw out old, contaminated makeup.
* Use topical treatments, such as Nature's Cure Vanishing Cream, anywhere that you tend to get breakouts -- don't just spot-treat existing pimples. The pore-clogging process happens two to three weeks before any blemish becomes visible on the skin.

a host of these skin related problems have been there since ages and will be there always. I have been just another regular lady who's been using all the cosmetic stuff all the time and also have liked them considerably....

but these days I've switched to natural medicinal treatments like herbs and all....

I recently came across an article on timeswellness.com regarding the benefits of neem and thus have been inspired from there on...

have been greatly helped from neem, tulsi, etc. also the methods described in the article were really different and usefull.

hope you find it usefull

I think rather than being dependent on how to remove pimples, one must first concentrate on how to prevent pimples from cropping up. There are several precautions one can and must take in order to reduce the rate of pimple growth. Some tips include lowering consumption of oily food, and cleansing one's face just with plain water several times a day.
