Default acne from ears to jawline

I get these nasty pimples right behind my ears which extends up to my jawline. Tried cleaning it well and used some acne creams with no luck. They are somehow off and on. Same spot. Can you please help me with this? Thanks.

maybe its not just acne cream..sometimes its in what you eat..stop eating greasy foods and salty foods..prevent your self from sleeping late and eat proper diet..wash your face regularly and always change pillow cases and bedsheets..

Hello

1.Wash your chin, jawline and neck thoroughly several times a day. One of the primary reason acne develops is improper skin care. Oily skin must be washed regularly in order to reduce follicle blockage. One common problem with acne on the chin, jaw and neck is that it is usually easier to wash the cheeks and forehead, while the neck and the area under the chin is neglected.
2.Use a face cleanser designed to fight acne. Washing your neck is a good first step toward fighting acne, but what you wash it with is also important. For those with mild acne and fairly clear skin, normal face soap might do the job.
3.Apply topical acne treatment after washing. There are many popular type of acne medications that are meant to be applied to dry skin after washing, such as Oxy, and Clearasil. Look for products containing 2.5% to 10% benzoyl peroxide, which is an acne fighting agent. Products with higher benzoyl peroxide levels tend to be harder on the skin, so stick with 2.5% if your skin is more delicate.
