Default athlete's foot

Have you guys ever had athlete’s foot? If yes, can you please tell me how you effectively got rid of it? It really irritates me when the products I’ve tried so far only helps for a round a week then the athlete’s foot is back..

What I tried before is to medicate and at the same time follow basic athlete’s foot avoidance steps. First off, for the medication, ask your doctor about gris-peg. This helped a lot in treating and getting rid of the athlete’s foot. Very much available in any pharmacy out there. For maintenance, make sure you keep your feet clean and dry. Use a clean cloth to wipe it dry. Then airdry for around 15 minutes. If you can, go barefoot more often. That should help.

You must make sure your feet are totally dry before putting on socks and shoes. I use an old clean t-shirt to dry each toe, then I let my feet airdry for at least 15 minutes before putting any shoes on. Also, make sure you are wearing only cotton socks, anything with polyester or other synthetic will cause the problem.

I have heard that soaking them in tea tree oil helps.

Below is a link I found, I would also Google "athlete's foot remedies" to help you find others.

Try to keep your feet clean and dry, and also use new shoes
