7 simple Imp Points to offset the effects of sleep

Imp Points 1. Look at your weight.
Imp Points 2. Avoid alcohol.
Imp Points 3. Avoid sleeping pills.
Imp Points 4. Avoid tobacco.
Imp Points 5. Sleep on your side.
Imp Points 6. Improve your nasal breathing.
Imp Points 7. Avoid sleep deprivation.

Make sure that you are getting enough sleep and that you’re following a regular bedtime routine.
Because timing is very important.

I agree also.. Sleeping pills is really not good.. So you should avoid it..

Weight can vary sleeping patterns. The more over weight you are the harder it is for your bady to relax. Unsure about under weight.

In addition, it is important to try and ensure that sleep occurs during your natural sleep cycle. By this I mean if you work during the day and sleep at night time then try to ensure that you don't fall asleep during the day and sleep for long periods of time. This can effect how good a sleep you have during the night.
