Hello,

I have gone through the same not so long ago, and I can relate to your problem because weight loss is not an easy task, exercise and work outs do give results but it requires a lot of time and patience. If you want quick results without any kind of side effects, you might want to try the Access Bars from Melaleuca. They are scientifically proven to burn your body fat, helping you to lose that weight quickly. More details here in my signature given below:

I agree that workouts and exercises may not show the expected results sometimes. But, it is also true that you cannot lose weight just by workouts, for that you also need to have a control on your diet. In this section we have included a post for home remedies for quick weight loss. You may want to try out some of these as these not only produce quick results but also show no side effects.

Hmmm have you gone through any emotional disturbance while wanting to lose weight? Work out and exercise daily is a ok you should continue that one but it wouldn't be complete with out any diet plans. But for some reasons diet also doesn't work out either it will take years to be able to lose weight. EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques is the right one for a faster Losing Weight. hope this helps you out.

Believe it or not, you can lose as much weight as you want and as quickly as you want. It's the truth. I'm not going to try and sell you some weight loss product here or tell you to follow "another ridiculous fad diet". Here's what you need to know if you want to lose the amount of weight you've stated:

1) Identify everything in your life that is unhealthy and that can be changed through your own effort

2) Change your unhealthy factors into good ones

3) Exercise regularly

4) Eat a BALANCED diet (notice that I did not say follow a diet but rather eat according to a balanced meal plan)

This is all it takes in order to lose weight and keep it off. The question is, are you willing to put forth the effort in order to so so?

Here is an examples of a diet plan which is helpful in losing fat.

Two tender and juicy marinated/broiled venison fillets - medium rare
One whole fresh zucchini sliced with fresh diced garlic and onions, and cooked in a touch of olive oil. One medium sweet potato sliced into thin slivers and slow cooked in a pan with 1 Tbsp virgin coconut oil (can find at certain health food stores), cinnamon, 1/4 cup pineapple juice, and a touch of real maple syrup (organic).
