I don't think drinking water will harm in any condition. Water is overall medicine for every thing. And if you drink too much of water it will not make harm rather cleans your blood and your body too. And for losing weight it's better to drink more water than going for
weight loss pills, since they can harm your body sooner or later. Water is a natural treatment and these pills are man made chemicaled medicine. So what do you prefer?
