Water is the number one most important thing to address when it comes to losing weight.Water is the best beauty treatment.Skin that is becoming saggy, either due to aging or weight loss.

I don't think drinking water will harm in any condition. Water is overall medicine for every thing. And if you drink too much of water it will not make harm rather cleans your blood and your body too. Water is a natural treatment and these pills are man made chemicaled medicine. So what do you prefer?

Absolutely right, and I will add that you need to keep your kidneys in optimum condition to eliminate waste products from your body. Adequate water intake can help with that.

You drink 8 glass water daily and if you lose weight within month.Because i listen that hot water is best medicine for lose weight but only drink hot water in the early morning.
